Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, expense tracking, Invoicing, etc
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances with timely filings.
  • Assist in monthly closures, MIS preparation, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors for compliance and audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for invoices, credit notes, PO and Agreements.
  • Support ad-hoc finance and operations tasks as required.


What We’re Looking For


  • Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance (Who has worked in a CA firm or Start Up )
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, basic analysis)
  • Experience with accounting tools like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
