About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Control Tower Supervisor to oversee vehicle movements, monitor delays, and ensure timely communication across teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with drivers, reporting any delays, and ensuring smooth operations from loading to delivery. You’ll play a key role in avoiding delays and ensuring proper communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vehicle movements to ensure on-time arrivals and steady progress, especially for long-distance or intercity movement trips.

  • Communicate with drivers regularly and escalate delays or route deviations.

  • Report critical updates related to traffic, roadblocks, or special events to all stakeholders.

  • Flash priority alerts (yellow/orange flags) to internal teams based on severity.

  • Track and evaluate vehicle/driver performance, including speed, delays, and breakdowns.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate GPS tracking; handle non-GPS vehicles with a proper manual database.

  • Resolve GPS device issues, track inactive devices, and coordinate for recovery or replacements.

  • Maintain updated records of delays, penalties, and driver performance metrics.

  • Onboard new vehicles for special projects and ensure data is up to date.

  • Timely resolution of tickets and requests assigned to the Control Tower team.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations.

  • Sticking to strict SLAs  for quick resolutions during critical incidents.

What You Need:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet management.

  • Good communication and follow-up skills.

  • Advanced excel skills.

  • Comfortable working in shifts (24x7/6 days operations).

  • Problem-solving mindset.

  • Preferable to work from the office.
