Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain company data in our systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
1. Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents within set time limits
2. Compile and verify information for accuracy, preparing source data for computer entry
3. Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct incompatibilities, and verify the final output
4. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks
5. Install and remove GPS devices as required
6. Create trips using the company dashboard
7. Install seals and scan them via the mobile app for tracking and records
