As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Chief Business Officer and support various aspects of the revenue function. This is a dynamic role where you will work across multiple areas within the business team and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS operations.
Support founders/CBO in daily operations and track key business priorities
Analyze data and prepare reports for business and operations metrics
Create presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and client meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
Understand client requirements and build clear solution decks and proposals
Support product demos, pilot projects, and client discussions
Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth onboarding and lifecycle management
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights
Maintain and update business collaterals like decks, case studies, and reports
Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with the team
Role Structure
The role is primarily divided into:
Sales Enablement / Pre-sales – Helping the business team improve continuously through better decks, demos and insights.
Business Analyst – Tracking, analysing and reporting key business and operations metrics.
Key Account Management – Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth across accounts.
This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role where you will be expected to wear multiple hats.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
0–2 years of experience (SaaS/B2B preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Basic understanding of business/sales processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High ownership and attention to detail
Direct exposure to the Chief Business Officer and revenue strategy
Hands-on experience across Sales, Analytics and Account Management
