Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing platforms, job boards, and channels for Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods.
- Assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Act as the primary point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure candidate engagement throughout the pre-offer and post-offer stages.
- Promote the company's employer brand as a great place to work.
- Establish hiring processes for new roles, including job descriptions, interview processes, and salary benchmarking.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track interview progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Provide a quarterly overview of hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights for both Tech and Non-Tech roles.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Proven experience in hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing strategies and selection processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
- Stay updated with current job boards, social media platforms, and sourcing trends to attract top talent.
- Experience using an ATS and maintaining recruitment data accurately.
