Requirements:
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS
- Ability to do problem identification and basic solutioning
- Soft skills & Communication - comfortable on calls with customers, vendors etc
- "Figure it out" mindset - Ability to take charge and assume responsibility of given tasks
Hard Skills:
- Excel (Vlookup, Basic Formulas)
- MongoDB Compass (Basic querying using indexes)
Responsibilities:
- Work with Tech, Product and Ops teams to improve the overall efficiency of workflows
- Execution oriented tasks to streamline processes
- Account health monitoring - basis data, metrics and on-ground feedback
